Project description

Seyada (an Arabic acronym for sovereignty) provided support and capacity building to the Palestinian Judicial Training Institute, the High Judicial Council and the Constitutional Court. Assistance was provided for the introduction of an Administrative Jurisdiction. A permanent training mechanism was developed (with the help of German and Dutch experts) for judges, newly recruited public prosecutors and court staff, including the development of curricula, training of trainers and provision of necessary equipment and working tools.
