Regional Cross-Border Enforcement Workshop in Albania

BESP – The Balkan Enforcement Strengthening Project held a Pilot Regional Workshop on Cross-Border Enforcement in Durres, Albania on 5th,6th and 7th March 2025. Representatives from the five legal system participating in the project, the authors of the National Reports developed under the Project that are to be integrated into the European Enforcement Atlas (enforcementatlas.eu) were presented in a Pilot Workshop on Cross-Border Enforcement in front of a group of Albanian private enforcement agents, accompanied by very dynamic and interesting discussions, highlighting similarities and some differences among the enforcement system sin the Western Balkans.

BESP project has been working for more than four years now with the National Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents in Albania, supporting them in the development of a communication strategy and designing a new modern and user-friendly website. Together with the MoJ, our Albanian counterparts have been actively participating in the regional activities of the Project, resulting in improved Disciplinary practices and jointly designed Regional Guidelines in Monitoring and Control.
