Project description

Setneg is the last resort to check on the quality of legislation before they are passed into laws. Setneg staff therefore it scrutinises bills and provides advice on them to the President prior to his approval. The aim of this tailor made training programme was therefore to acquaint the 20 participants from Setneg with modern tools and techniques of legislative assessment and drafting.
