As a result of the career switch of former director Willem van Nieuwkerk, CILC had to look for a successor as director. CILC is happy to announce that this search resulted in the recent appointment of Anne-Marie Bruist as interim-director at CILC.
Anne-Marie Bruist has a long experience in senior managerial positions within public organizations in the justice and security sector, including some international experience in cooperation with Indonesia.
As of 1 September this year, Ms. Bruist, together with deputy director Eric Vincken, lead CILC as the new board of directors. The supervisory committee and staff of CILC look with confidence to fruitful cooperation with Anne-Marie Bruist in the months to come. Finally, CILC wants to use this opportunity to thank Willem van Nieuwkerk for his eleven years of commitment as director of CILC.
