Two PhD candidates of the Nuffic funded project ‘Strengthening the Law Faculties of the Kigali Independent University (ULK) and the National University of Rwanda (NUR)’ graduated at Utrecht University.
Recently on 15 April 2013 , Felix Zigirinshuti, who is a lecturer inthe University of Rwanda (NUR), graduated at Utrecht University with his PhD thesis on ‘Good Governance and Public Contracts. A comparative perspective on the balance between public and private law in Rwanda’.
Yves Muhire, who is a lecturer inthe Université Libre de Kigali (ULK), graduated on 24 April 2013 at Utrecht University with his PhD thesis on ‘The use of force in the context of the African Union’.
We congratulate Felix and Yves with their major achievement and we hope they will be able to further contribute to the strengthening of the rule of law in Rwanda.
