Stronger together: JCI and CILC supporting Improvement of the Enforcement System in Albania

Countries:

Justice Coopération Internationale (JCI) and CILC are partners on behalf of EU Member States in the new Twinning project “Improvement of the Enforcement System in Albania”.

The 18 months project is currently in its preparatory phase and aims at strengthening an efficient and effective enforcement system in Albania. It builds on earlier cooperation with the Albanian Ministry of Justice, the Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents and Union Internationale des Huissiers de Justice (UIHJ), as well as on CILC’s 12 years of experience in legal reform projects in Albania.

At the same time, the project marks a new step in strengthening the cooperation of CILC with our sister organisations (JCI as lead project partner and Deutsche Stiftung für Internationale Rechtliche Zusammenarbeit  / IRZ, whose expertise will also be called on, in addition to that of the UIHJ). All parties are currently working together on formulating the detailed project intervention for the coming two years.
